Looking for a traeger, a lot of used options but hard to know appropriate wear and tear. Any thoughts and or potential worth?

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!

I can’t comment on worth film but for a used smoker that looks clean as hell. If you really wanted to be picky you could wire brush a bit of that surface rust, but it all looks pretty normal to me.

That looks almost identical to the one I bought for $100 with the house I purchased. Mine has the igniter box on the left. I think it was circa 2018 Costco model. One of the few good deals I got with this house. Lol.

I clean mine after just about every use and it has performed fine.

I have a silverton that I purchased new from Costco in January 2022. It gets frequent use and has been pretty well maintained. It still works well, looks like that

Lowest I have talked them down is 200 but trying for 175. Worth it?

If you can find replacement parts, any grill is as good as new. Most of the parts are super easy to replace too
