15 Minute Whole Roasted Branzino Fish!

let’s see what fish Eric’s getting today oh yeah this is coming to the house y’all change of plans y’all we going to go with the bronzino that is coming to the house that’s a hell of a price for some shrimp that’s coming home too to go with the bronzino grass Fair butter all right guys here we go we got that bronzino back to the house so let’s get started all right first thing you want to do is you want to wash it and then make sure you dry it up real good um that’s basically it you just want to wash it and dry the inside the outside and then we will move on to the next process which is we’re going to take this fish we’re going to cut some slits into it three two it don’t really matter you just want to open it up so you can get your seasonings in there and of course so it’ll cook a little bit faster so I have the paper towel down here to catch any kind of juices or drippings that come from it um and that’s basically it now let’s go ahead and put some olive oil on the bottom of this pan we want to grease this pan down real good because we do not want this fish to stick and yes this is a pizza tray but the fish fit on there perfectly and so once we get the fish on there it’s basically pretty simple at that point I’m going with total seasoning you can go with any kind of seasoning you want a little olive oil just to you know keep it moist of course you can go with salt just salt and pepper if you want to but I chose to go with total seasoning and then I’m going to follow it up with some black pepper and um yeah that’s basically it so keep watching [Music] all right y’all now this is where you can get creative now what we’re going to start doing is we’re going to start stuffing these fish you can use red onions you can use anything I just happen to have some sweet uh some sweet onions so I’m going with sweet onions and I’m also going with some lemon slices of course you can do fresh basil fresh parsley fresh oregano any kind of fresh herb you want you can put it in the fish right now so that basically it can Infuse the fish I’m also going with a little o seasoning on top basically just for color all right and then this is the fish right here we’re going to place this fish in a 400° oven we’re going 7 minutes on one side we’re going to flip it over do 7 minutes again on the other side and then we’re going to blast it under the broiler for 3 minutes y’all stay tuned man right here on the rolling Grill baby [Music] all right guys now it’s time to make the uh lemon butter garlic sauce so right now we got two garlic cloves just going to chop them up real fine um no RH a reason to that and then after that we’re going to go ahead and add some lemon zest we’re actually going to use two lemons the lemon zest from two lemons and the juice from two lemons all right then you want to put a little salt on there the salt is going to help bring the moisture out of the garlic we’re also going to add some fresh cracked black pepper you could do some fresh parsley any kind of herbs also going to do some hot red pepper flakes and this is the butter that we’re going to be used we got this from Costco as well and now we’re going to go ahead and Juice our two lemons all right now it’s time to get this garlic mashed up we let the salt sit on the garlic for about 5 minutes to loosen it up and the dry out the moisture and now all you want to do is just chop it up and just press it real fine with the back of the knife that’s going to kind of mince it up real good and this is basically what you looking for right here all right into a pan over low heat we want to add our two uh this is the juice from two lemons after that we’re going to add really cold butter IC cold butter so that we don’t break the sauce we don’t want it we just want it to be a nice creamy garlic butter sauce over low heat I’mma emphasize low heat and I think I use like one I think came out to probably about one stick of butter honestly to two cups of lemon all right after that we’re going to go ahead and start adding in more butter and this garlic mixture and we’re just going to let it reduce real slow over low heat take it off the heat it’s ready to go all right now that we’ve Cooked our fish 7 minutes on each side now we’re going to turn the broiler on 3 minutes in the broiler voila the fish is done and this is it right here now we’re going to take our lemon gar butter sauce if you want your skin crispy of course leave the sauce off but man it’s ready to go now and put the sauce on the fish while it’s hot and this is the finished product right here baby stay [Music] tuned all right y’all now it’s let’s give it a taste oven roasted I guess you can say bro bronzino look at that man oh [Music] man flaky white fish man so I want to thank you’all for joing me at to Rolling Grill man as always man let run in that good butter good food good vibes baby and I catch y’all on the next video Yeah Bo I get one more bite y peace
