    Water(63%) 110.3 g

    Instant Dry Yeast (0.4%) 0.7 g

    Morton’s Kosher Salt (3%) 5.3 g

    Diastatic Malt Powder (1%) 1.8 g

    Olive Oil (4%) 7 g

    Total (171.4%) 300 g

    Single Ball (1 balls total) 300 g

    Made dough which is very detailed (if you want the full description DM me) and let it proof at room temp for 3-4 hours. Baked in Halo Pizza Oven for about 5 minutes per pie. Topped with home made sauce, Grande low moisture mozzarella/provolone blend, and house sliced Margherita stick pepperoni.
