Today we’re making broccoli cheese casserole. The perfect side for your holiday tables. Let’s get into the recipe. All right, so to a pot of water, you want to add some salt and in with some fresh broccoli. We will blanch this for about 5 minutes. Once done, drain and set aside. Here to a separate pot, I will add a little butter in with some garlic and onion. Give it a toss. Allow to go for about a minute or two. Next, I will add a can of cream of mushroom and a can of cheddar cheese soup. If you can find a broccoli cheddar, that will be best. Here, I added some heavy whipping cream. And then I went in with some seasoning. These don’t have any salt. It’s paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder. Give that a good toss. And then we will come in with some rice. We will also add that broccoli back in there. And we will add two handfuls of cheese. roughly about two cups. Give everything a good mix. Make sure it’s well combined. And then we’ll transfer this to our baking dish. It’s that simple and easy. Lastly, you want to go over the top with a little extra cheese. And I like to add some breadrumbs as well, but it’s completely optional. You don’t have to add it. Once done, you want to place this into a 400° oven for about 20 minutes or so. Once the cheese melts and it form a nice crust over top. That’s how you know it is done. So, this is what it should look like once it’s done. You want it to cool down a little before digging into it. And here you have it, guys. The most delicious side you will ever try. Trust me, this will be perfect for your holiday tables.
