Happy to see Suhring get a third star. Had a wonderful evening there several weeks ago. The vibe was lovely, service was great, and the food was exceptional. Especially fun is the German influence on Thai cuisine, courtesy of the twin German brothers who founded it, and evidence in the mini-beers to start, and the egg nog from their grandmothers handwritten recipe.

I was there last week and the food and service was 3 star level. Beyond thrilled for Suhring new star. Well deserved.
