This creamy, extra-cheesy Mac and Cheese is back! ๐Ÿ˜ You all loved it last year, so I had to bring it back for the holidays. Perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any cozy family dinner ๐Ÿ˜‹

MAC N CHEESE INGREDIENTS:
For the pasta:
โ–บ 4 quarts of water
โ–บ Some salt
โ–บ 1 lb. Cavatappi pasta
For the mac n cheese:
โ–บ 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
โ–บ 1 lb. mozzarella cheese
โ–บ 1 lb. colby jack cheese
โ–บ 1 tsp garlic powder
โ–บ 1 tsp smoked paprika
โ–บ 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
โ–บ 1/8 tsp black pepper
โ–บ 3 tbsp butter
โ–บ 3 tbsp all purpose flour
โ–บ 1 can evaporated milk
โ–บ 2 cups heavy cream
โ–บ 2 tsp dijon mustard
โ–บ Parsley flakes

Last year, I made Chef Tinie’s mac and cheese, and it became one of my most viewed recipes. Everyone loved it, so of course I had to remake it this holiday season. In a pot set to high heat with four quarts of boiling water, I’m going to add some salt and the pasta. I’m using one lb of kavatapi pasta. Cook for about 11 to 12 minutes. It’s been 12 minutes and our pasta is ready. I’m going to drain it and set it to the side. Now, we start grating the cheese. I’ll be using half a pound of sharp cheddar cheese, one pound of mozzarella cheese and one pound of Kobe Jack cheese. For the spices, I’ll be using the following that I’ll list here. In a pan set to low medium heat, we melt 3 tablespoons of butter and then add half of the seasoning mix that we just made. Mix it in. And then here I have 3 tablespoons of allpurpose flour. Add half. Mix and make sure there are no lumps. Then we add the rest and continue mixing. Now we slowly add one can of evaporated milk. Mix. And next, add 2 cups of heavy cream. The rest of the seasoning mix. Once it’s all mixed in, we add 2 tsps of the John mustard. Mix until well combined. And then we can add the cheese. I’ll be adding about half of each cheese in two parts. Mix until the cheese melts. And then we can add the other part. Once the cheese melts, we fold in the pasta. It’s ready. So now we’re going to add some of the pasta to our baking dish. I’ve already mixed all the cheeses together and I’m going to be adding a nice layer on top. Next, we add the rest of the pasta and then another layer of cheese. Now, we bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 350ยฐ. It’s been about 15 minutes. Now, we’re going to broil for 2 to 3 minutes to get that nice crispy coat. After 3 minutes, our mac and cheese is ready. We add some parsley flakes and it’s ready to enjoy. I’m going to serve myself. Just look at this. It looks so cheesy and delicious. All right, guys.
