    The swirly potatoes look too dessert like to me. And it’s a bit fussy with the perfectly crossed asparagus.

    Looks like a turkey teddy bear. Maybe mash in just one place. The asparagus looks abstract and on purpose at the same time. Just kind of a lot going on.

    I think we should bring duchesse potatoes back. I work with a French chef who serves them regularly in the year of our lord 2025. Keep it up.
