Got a 3 pack of “St. Luis style Spare ribs” from Costco and I never have done ribs before. Used a combination of dry rubs just from my local grocery store. A generic brown sugar and garlic rub and the “Traeger Rub”

Cooked 2 racks and they came out wonderfully! Most, juicy, and tender. They were nearly fall off the bone. I did 5:00 at 250 and 40 min at 300. It was breezy and 38 today so the grills internal was running at about 235/275 respectively.

No wrap the entire time and no BBQ sauce. Spritzed 4-5x with a bourbon/water 1:3 ratio. I’ve never wrapped ribs and honestly never would after these!
