Try to write diagonally, perhaps. It helps me when I am not able to fit a long word, or if I’m unsure I will get it centered. 😊

Beautiful roses! The cake is gorgeous 😍

Try starting with the middle letter in the middle of the cake?

trace the letters in the icing with a toothpick instead of going in cold. that way if it’s off, you can just smooth it out and try again

So pretty. I’ll take a corner piece please!

  5. What a pretty cake!

My suggestion: Why not next time start the lettering first? Then adapt the decoration based on the lettering?

This is STUNNING! Can you give any tips on piping? Yours is beautiful; i just started and love what you’ve done!!!

  9. Sometimes it helps to write your middle letter first and then working your way out from there, so for “happy” you would put your middle p in the middle and work your way outwards.

Sometimes cakes are pre decorated like this, then someone can buy it off the shelf, either plain, or request lettering
