Belgian endive, green apple slices, pineapple slices, fennel bulb slices, blue cheese, grilled walnuts and hazelnuts, coriander leaves and flower, fennel leaves, with olive oil and pineapple lemon dressing.

looks nice, maybe a little hard to eat with big clumps of ingredients. I do love things being served on a robust leaf like that but would want the ingredients small enough that I can chomp it down like a taco
