This was very polarizing. I loved the dining room and service. The plant based tasting menu was not worth the money but had some standouts ( the hasselback potato and land caviar, and the bread with butter were both magnificent). Most of the dishes were lacking in flavor. You can get much better food for half the price at other fine dining restaurants.

That being said, it being fully plant based is very rare in the fine dining world, and I do appreciate that. The seafood/meat accompaniments were all chosen by my GF and she loved them, said the lobster was some of the best she's had, loved the duck and scallops as well, so your mileage may vary.

The vegan pastries at EMP are the best ive ever had to this day (I went four years ago). I’m even willing to argue it’s one of the best breads vegan or non vegan, but I haven’t had enough non vegan croissants to commit to that.

Also, what’s the vagina butter? That’s a fun butter mold.

Looks like the salvation army Thanksgiving dinner.

That radish dish looks sad. If that was a course I got I’d be kinda pissed, a few slices of radishes and some mustard seeds? What?

This holds zero interest for me compared to 10 years ago. None.
