    What’s the focus of the fish? That’s usually centered. To me, just an uncultured foodie, it looks like it’s missing a chunk of fish

    Audibly laughed when I saw the quenelle, it’s giving veiny testicles. I thought I might be being over-critical, so I checked the comments… but it seems I’m not alone 😂

    Lol comment section is not disappointing so far.

    First time attempting a quenelle, was the sorbet too soft? I had a tough time when it was fully frozen, so I may have overcompensated and let it soften too much.
