Preparation

  1. Place everything but snow peas in a shallow, wide sauté pan over medium-high heat. Stir and bring to a boil.
  2. Add snow peas, toss to coat and stir occasionally just until peas are cooked, about 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
  • Glazing also works well with turnips and other vegetables, though thicker vegetables may need more liquid and time to cook.
