Made a couple 48 hour “NY Style” in the oven last night. Did a combo and a sausage/jalapeño. Very happy with the crust and how crisp it got.

    Jalapeños with some sort of meat is my favourite choice of topping. Pizza and beer on a Friday night is my favourite setting. Looks like a winner on all accounts.
