From time to time I try to create something different from the cookbooks I find on the internet.
Yet always gladly coming back to my tonkotsu version with 3 types of oil, ramen__lord chashu, homade noodles and pork broth enhanced with some veggies..

(I kind of overheated the broth by mistake and broke the emulsion)

    Looks good. Idk if its a tonkotsu, more like a pork chintan shoyu.
