250° until internal of 170° then wrap in tinfoil until internal was 202°. Told time was 3 1/2 hrs.
Seasoned with just salt, pepper, garlic. Put your favorite BBQ sauce on it and back on the Traeger for 20 to tack up. Simple and delicious.
