I desperately miss Toronto’s ramen scene. There are probably 6 or 7 ramen joints there that are better than anything I can get where I am now.

Tondou is one of my favorites! If you like a hearty tonkotsu like this check out Machida Shoton on college as they just opened and it’s the first one in Canada!
