Hard to tell if it’s Sicilian level thickness, or a regular crust made rectangular. Where I’m from they call it party pizza and it’s just a size up from large circular pies and is rectangle.

Some confusion here. Grandma pies have the sauce on top. Sicilians have the sauce on the bottom. They can both be thicker or thinner but the topping order is what distinguishes between the two.

Its not a Sicilian because the cheese should be beneath the sauce and not the other way. That just l looks like a regular pan pizza.
