There’s a rumour going around – started by a T-shirt worn by Madonna in 1986 – that Italians do it better. Whether “it” means fashion, food, film, or just the art of doing nothing at all while looking extremely attractive, Italians will claim they do it better than anyone else.

One thing they definitely seem to do better is summer. On Monday, December 15, a bunch of Italian hospitality professionals launched the most exciting restaurant concept to hit everyone’s favourite sleepy Australian coastal town, Noosa.
