I recreate the jellycat birthday cake plushie into a cake! It is made with chiffon spongecake filled vanilla chocolate whipped ganache and fresh strawberries.
It’s not my birthday, i’ve been seeing a trend on tiktok “2025 Accomplishment cake” where you list what you’re proud of/achieved this year. I always wanted to make this cake even for my birthday last month 🤭✨ i was so busyyyy. I finally able to do it & also filmed the recipe for my social media. I feel so relieved I got this done and am so proud of the result. I’ve been practicing chiffon lately, i am really happy with it.
