








One of my favorite Omakases in the city. Having been to all the higher end spots including Sho, Masa, Amos, etc. I would say Sho and Yoshino are my two favorites with very different styles. Chef Yoshida highlights the fish as it is while Chef Nakazawa showcases aging.
This most recent visit to Yoshino had no misses and every bite was divine.
Also special shoutout to the sommelier and the pairing – usually I find pairings a bad value 95% of the time but the pairing of wines and sakes are well worth it
