But, what rule are you referring to? If it’s because of English, it’s quite lenient here; if English is included in brackets or even in the post body that’s perfectly fine.

It’s quite crazy that stereotypically Italians are offended the most when someone cooks a dish from their cuisine in a non traditional Italian way but apparently we Austrians bitch around enough that we have our own rule

It was cooked wrong. Too little oil used, too high temperature. If it is pork – my bet would be it turned out chewy,
