

Very odd. I followed meat church’s video to the T on making pulled pork. I rubbed it with honey hog bbq, cooked it to 175 internal at 275 temp (about 5 hours ish). Put some foil with butter, brown sugar, and honey hog spice rub. And let that ride to 203. The bark wasn’t quite there as you can see. Any speculation of what I may have done wrong? Thanks.
