  1. "Three weeks earlier…"
Anyone besides me feel like this guy has a voice just like that screenplay writer from the Rick & Morty 'Purge' episode???

Aside from that – this looks AMAZING! I've only ever had sweet grits. Never savory. Definitely gonna try this (:

  2. I love cheese grits. One of my most favorite breakfast items and shrimping breads is a absolute classic so good. And if it's a great option especially for those trying to find alternatives to bred and carbs.

  3. The only thing I will cook in is stainless or cast iron… am I weird?? Those grits look friggin delicious, btw!

  4. I'm glad grits are loved in so many ways by so many people. But I still can't see them as lunch or dinner. I want mine with bacon and eggs. But the texture looks amazing! I'd definitely give these a try.

  5. Oh, you need to cook in at least a teaspoon of salt for a cup of grits. The lack of salt is why so many people who have only had restaurant cooked grits don't like them. Grains require a generous amount of salt when cooking.
