

A few weeks ago I posted my first cook. I’ve smoked something new one or two times a week. This has been my favorite. Smoked a chuck roast with some beef broth, peppers, onions, and Holy Cow seasoning from Meat Church. Low and slow and it came out perfect. Even my 7 year old ate 3 sandwiches!
