   Recipe is something this:

   3-4 romas

   2-4 tomatillos

   Half a large white onion

   Jalapeños

   Serrano

   Habanero

   Most of a head of garlic

   Juice of two limes

   A whole bunch of cilantro

   Salt and chicken bullion

   Smoked over charcoal and hickory then blended up.
