Ny strip, pickled onions, aji-gochugaru aioli, salsa macha , cilantro powder, the steak is crusted with dried chili and garlic ash! It Needs something Iām not sure though!

I’d go to town on this, but as a pepper lover I’d comment that you should pick one element of this dish to deliver that.
photography is weird, overexposure masked out some details and your steak looks jaundiced
