First time posting here! Whipped up some salsa for the start of the NFL playoffs. Also realized that Aldi’s glass soup containers work perfect for storage!

Recipe: 4 Tomatillos, a handful of chilis de árbol, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 large white onion, 3 jalapeños and 4 serranos, 3 tomatoes, one large ancho. Boiled (salted water) all of these ingredients then blended with one bunch of cilantro and a can of pickled jalapeños.

This looks awesome! Nice work. How long did you boil all the ingredients?

It looks great. I would think it would be easy to over chop it . It looks like the perfect consistency.
