What looks better, black or white plating?

    I would say black plating with a little less of the base. They look absolutely delicious!!!

    I thought I’d go with black, but white looks better here. Could be a white balance issue with your camera.

    Always think plating looks better with an odd number of pieces. Also too much shmoo on the black plate, liked how it was just under individual pieces in the first picture. Looks yummy chef.
