    Chef. Wow. I’ve never seen anything like this and I’m genuinely going to try to attempt this as home. I’m not a chef so any tips you can share on this would be excellent. Salmon roe and beet or kale micro greens and pickled red onions for garnish. Is that a chive oil and pomegranate on the side? The cure is what I’d love a tip on?

    Additionally, again, not a chef, what would you serve with this as complements or sides?

    I do something similar with gin and beets. Looks gorgeous and I’m sure the flavor was even better
