Broiled the veggies in oven, then fried them in a tablespoon of corn oil. Sprinkled on Caldo de pollo while cooling somewhat. Processed using my Ninja.

Tastes great! Perfect for the tacos we are having tonight for dinner.

Recipe:
3-4 roma
4 jalapeños
5 cloves of garlic
(Pan toast or oven roast veggies till black)
1 tsp caldo de pollo (powdered chicken bullion) Can sub sea salt.
Deglazed pan using water. This is for the liquid to add in for your preferred salsa consistency/viscosity.
