High gluten flour, cold proofed 24 hours. Been doing pizzas in a food cart (Bigfoot Pizza and Milkshakes in Portland, OR) for a couple years, looking to improve my game and any suggestions welcomed. Pizza pizza yall~

    That’s my jam! With Hawaiian, you gotta try spicy, you get a whole bunch of different tastes all together. Looks well-baked and appetizing. Hope you enjoyed.

    I used pineapples tonight, and will definitely add jalapeños next time. Hot peppers with fruit is a thing in South America.

    If you put pineapples on a pizza it better have jalapenos also, I won’t eat it any other way. But also….ham instead of peps.
