These pics are from a place in Atlanta called Nuevo Laredo. I swear they have some of the best salsa I have ever had. The cilantro pops, there is a zing I just can’t name, it’s incredible. I know it looks similar to the run of the mill, but I promise there’s something special. Unfortunately I dont live in Atlanta, and only swing by once a year. Any chance anyone in this sub has been there and tried to make it themselves?

That recipe needs 3-4 cooked/boiled tomatoes to make more volume

Its basically a simple red tomato salsa with pico de gallo, go slow with the lime to get it to your taste.

As soon as I saw the picture and table cloth I wondered if it was Nuevo Laredo. My favorite Mexican spot in Atlanta. Salsa is good here, cheese dip and Texas margaritas are the bomb!

Could probably replicate it using el pato as a base, and then tossing in onion and cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
