
On a trip to Kiel last year, I stumbled across this vegetarian version of „Strammer Max“.
For those who don’t know, it‘s usually a slice of bread with butter, ham, a fried egg and pickles.
In the vegetarian version, the ham simply gets replaced by coleslaw and the butter by cascabel chili cream cheese.
Today, I had leek-avocado cream cheese and pomegranate cream cheese instead and used the rest of a salad mix. Also, I sliced up a bit of cheddar and put it on top.
