  1. I love slicing NY strips way more than ribeyes, all the pieces come out fairly the same size and with mostly the same fat/lean in each bite

    Sear is great. Large Grey band. 7.5/10 and I would absolutely demolish it.

  4. A bit overdone crust for me, I’d still eat it but I’d be a bit disappointed at myself for not nailing the center.

    Sear is fantastic, bit uneven cook and band, middle looks like a nice temp.

    Sear looks wonderful. Just a little over cooked for me but I would smash the hell out of that.

    What temp were you going for?

    Looks like your method may need some adjustments.

    Dude thatโ€™s a medium rare and that crust is legit. Iโ€™d happily pay for that in a restaurant. 9/10 only because I need a bite to confirm ๐Ÿ˜
