id use a rectangular plate and space out the crudo, then throw all the bs u got on that plate but way less across it

Yes Chef! Love everything in the bowl, hate the bowl itself. This would pop on a black plate. Agree with the evoo, a glisten would enhance, cilantro could be more dainty I feel, but I personally love the amount and would so scarf this.
