    Either way, as long as you enjoyed it then it’s a good steak.

    Very good but why not cut the steak as you’re eating it? Why cut it up beforehand? Anyone can answer here

    To me, it looks too much toward medium. The centerpieces, yeah, a little bit, medium rare, but the outer pieces? Definitely medium.

    Try getting a thermometer, or a sous vide. You won’t have to fight each time you make a steak and wonder if it’s right.
