1 15 oz can of chickpeas
1/2 cup of unsalted almond butter
1/3 cup oat flour
1/4 coconut sugar
1/4 agave syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup vegan chocolate chips

  2. Most times I don’t like chick peas bec their texture ruins things but chickpea cookies seems like it’d work together. Like I imagine it’d give the cookies the texture similar to the soft chips ahoy cookies

  5. I didn't have a lot of the ingredients listed- but I tried it with dark red kidney beans instead of chick peas, and monk fruit instead of coconut sugar, but they came out amazing!
