Sounds delicious! Would have like a little bit more oil and maybe oj under the tuna maybe

This looks like a slab of spam.

What is “Italian aligned” about this?

You do realize that people outside of Japan have managed to figure out how to cut tuna into blocks, right? Theres nothing inherently Japanese about the technique of using a knife.

This isnt inherently italian, either. Theres zero Italian chefs that would see this plate and not hit it with a little olive oil.

It sounds like youre using a lot of words you dont understand to explain what were seeing is a dry crudo.
