
I always make this soup when I'm sick and don't feel like chicken soup. Basically, it consists of yellow tomatoes, lots of onions, lots of garlic, and chicken or vegetable broth. You can add spices to taste. I like to add rice flakes and top it with small diced vegetables or croutons. I finish it with lemon zest, a little olive oil, and Parmesan cheese.

I thought tomatoes were inflammatory?
Add spices to taste with your heartburn.
That’s more a mash than a soup…but apparantly, tomatoes are NOT inflammatory (https://www.uclahealth.org/news/article/new-study-indicates-tomatoes-help-with-gut-health).
