    I love the presentation and the flavors sound great. Whatever that herb is looks good too, by adding some green, but I feel they would be unpleasant to eat. I imagine them sticking to the roof of my mouth or getting caught between my teeth. Maybe try candying them (eggwhite wash, dipped in sugar) to give them some bite?
