This Turkish minced meat kebab comes together with just 15 minutes of prep and bakes beautifully in the oven.

Ingredients for juicy 15 min. kebab:
600gr. beef (preferable 20% fat), could be mix of beef and lamb if preffered
1 medium size onion
1 tomato
3 green pepper
1 red pepper
2-3 cloves of garlic
1tbsp tomato and pepper paste (skip pepper paste if you don’t have)
1 tsp or more to taste salt
1/2 tsp each paprika, cumin, oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper, marjoram (optional)
4-5 tbsp olive oil (use if you meat doesn’t have much fat)
2-3 tbsp butter (to dot over the kebab ofter shaping)

For the bulgur pilav with vermicelli pasta:
1+1/2 cup coarse bulgur for making pilav
1/3 cup vermicelli pasta
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
3 cups hot water or bone broth
