   super beautiful. if any nitpick, scallion feels unnecessary/less relevant here.

   also i had a second where I thought I was looking at something upside down on the 2nd photo – angle plus lighting maybe?

   Visually it’s stunning. I can’t say I’d be that thrilled to eat beetroot strings though. I’m assuming they’re raw?
