This may or may not be delicious. I’ve no way of knowing, because the plate is full of mysterious, colourful things that aren’t in the description, including some pretty interesting looking flowers, what looks like either the most unusual micro herb I’ve ever come across, or the stamen over something, and then a series of splotches of colour that seem to come from nowhere.
With no disrespect, OP, this looks like AI to me, but assuming it’s not, I’d be really intrigued to know what all the components you’ve not described are.

I am honestly lost for words. Please do not make by carrots look like seafood. The colours are way too much.
I try to be constructive but I have nothing. An immense amount of effort went into this and it only made things worse.

How did it taste? The plating is nicely done, I really like the bright colors and composition.
Unfortunately your hasselback carrot is giving lizard tail, desiccated rat tail, or creepy giant insect. Maybe trim off the end “tail” and then lightly fan / spread the carrot so it echoes the shape of the pink sauce?
