I quite like the centre and how balsamic/oil looks together, but outer part of the plate + greens don’t quite do it for me. Perhaps try the same on a smaller plate/ bowl but leave out the rocket and larger leaves.

Balsamic does not go with caviar under any circumstance, no matter how tiny the little amount of caviar you put on the plate is.
