Stainless steel, tallow, garlic clove and a bit of butter.
I’ve seen a lot of beautiful steaks in here today… mine isn’t the best (respect where respect is due), but it was damn good. And anytime you get to eat a steak with your hands in peace, it’s a good meal.
Have a great weekend ahead!

All pan sear, no gimmicks. Press to pan to cutting open in 12 minutes.
That’s OK. Utensils are way overrated.
you need some sticky rice
As you should
Rip it
👏👏👏👏👏🫵
I would have used my bear hands 🤷
Next time just Caveman it and don’t bother with the knife. Looks tasty.
I had no idea anyone used anything but their hands.
Would be cooler if it was bear hands.
Some of my favorite meals have gone straight from cutting board to mouth with only fingers in between.

This was my dinner tonight. Left is a dry aged Australian wagyu ribeye. Steak on the right was a prime NY strip.
Looks like you used a knife. Bare hands would be different. More teeth marks and sloppy fingers.
Bear meat?
This is how we do it
People will complain about the grey band, but this looks delicious. Maybe try a hotter pan for less time? Just to reduce the grey
Eating the right way
You must have sharp fingers.
Absolute sacrilege. Once you’ve sliced it you’ve destroyed the elemental experience so not using utensils is merely lazy. Grabbing the entire thing and ripping off chunks with your teeth is the proper form of utensil free consumption.
