    I love Denver steaks, they are definitely one of my favorite cuts because they’re inexpensive. They’re very flavorful and when done right they are super tender. I work in a wine shop next to a high-end grocery store and when The butchers are breaking out a chuck roll, I always ask them to cut me off some nice Denver steaks. My favorite way to do them is almost kind of Pittsburgh style and slice them really thin. Very flavorful. Very tender. These look fantastic.
