6 Garlic Cloves
1 cup Chiltepin Peppers
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup water
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum mixed with 2 tablespoons of water
Throw it in a blender and hold on!
