OK, so my favorite also company write salsa just went out of business. This is my all-time favorite salsa. I had the ingredients list but has anybody tried to make this? Does anybody have a dupe recipe? I just can’t figure out the right ratios on everything it’s fresh and raw and has to be refrigerated

I feel like that label needs some more font varieties, it’s not using enough already.
Have you tried Mrs. Renfro’s?
I dunno, is salsa de Leon or mateos (hot) similar?
Have you tried contacting them on Facebook or instagram and asking for the recipe? Just tell them that you have been a loyal costumer and that you are sad and sorry they are wrapping things up but that you’ll miss their product and want to keep it alive by making a version of it yourself.
I’m sad those are going away. I really like how fresh tasting the green one is. Depending on where you live, you may be able to find fresh salsa in the refrigerated section in plastic tubs. There are some really good ones like that that I used to get in Oregon, California and New Mexico.
