
Crisped a flour tortilla in bacon fat, melted raclette with a little American, rewarmed leftover vinegar pulled pork with just a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to wake it up, then topped everything with a triple-yolk sunny side egg.
Finished with black pepper and a tiny pinch of smoked paprika.
